This policy describes what personal information Zivara collects, why, and how it is handled. We keep the amount of data we store to what we actually need to operate the service.
1. Information we collect
When you use Zivara we may collect:
• Contact data: your email (at purchase, or at registration) • Reading inputs: name you submit, date/time/place of birth, questions, coin cast results • Payment metadata: provided by Kyren, such as order status, amount, currency, and payment identifiers • Device data: IP address, user-agent, approximate timestamps, fingerprint hash • Account data: if registered, your authentication provider (email, Google, Microsoft), login timestamps • Referral data: the referral code linked to your signup or purchase, if any
2. Why we use it
We use the above to:
• Generate your readings and deliver them to you • Process payments and prevent fraud • Email your report link and support replies • Operate, debug, and improve the service • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms • Administer the referral / payout program
3. Third-party processors
To operate the service we share limited data with:
• Supabase (database, authentication) — USA • Kyren (payment processing) — global • Resend (transactional email delivery) — USA • Our AI model provider (to generate the reading you requested) — USA • Cloudflare (bot protection, content delivery) — global
Each processor handles data under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your data.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to run anti-abuse checks (e.g. Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. A separate banner lets you manage optional cookies where applicable.
5. Retention
Paid readings are retained indefinitely so you can re-read them later. Free-preview readings and generation metadata are retained for up to 24 months, unless legal obligations require a different period. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see below).
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold on you • Request correction or deletion • Withdraw consent to optional processing • Object to automated decisions (Zivara readings are not legally binding decisions, but you may opt out anyway) • Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, email support@zivara.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
Zivara is for users aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided data to us, please contact support@zivara.com so we can remove it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the service or by email. The effective date at the top of the page will always reflect the current version.
