Zivara is an AI-assisted reading service drawing on classical Chinese metaphysical systems (Zi Wei Dou Shu, Ba Zi, Liu Yao, Qi Men Dun Jia). By using Zivara you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Nature of the service
Zivara readings are generated by artificial intelligence using structured prompts based on traditional metaphysical systems. They are provided strictly for self-reflection, cultural exploration, and entertainment.
They are NOT, and must not be relied on as, medical, psychological, financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zivara. By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
Accounts are optional. A paid reading can be purchased without registering; we will email your report link to the address you provide.
If you register, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your account. We may suspend accounts used for abusive or fraudulent activity.
4. Payments and pricing
All prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment is processed by Kyren; Zivara does not store your card data.
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions.
5. User-generated content
The questions, birth information and coin casts you submit remain yours. By using the service you grant Zivara a non-exclusive license to process this data to deliver the reading, improve the service, and maintain operational logs.
Do not submit content on behalf of another identifiable person without their consent.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
• Use the service to harass, defame, or discriminate against others • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the API, skill prompts, or reading outputs at scale • Circumvent rate limits or anti-abuse mechanisms • Generate content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction • Resell Zivara readings as your own professional advice
7. Service availability
We aim to provide the service on a continuous basis but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or modify features for maintenance, security, or product reasons.
8. Intellectual property
Zivara's brand, skill templates, software, and site content are owned by the Zivara team and protected by intellectual property law. The reading text generated for a specific purchase may be retained and re-shared by the purchaser for personal use.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that readings are accurate, predictive, or will meet your expectations.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zivara's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific reading giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via the service or email. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and contact
