Each Zivara reading is generated individually using AI compute that we pay for at the moment of purchase. This makes standard refunds incompatible with how the product works, but we want to be fair in the exceptional cases.
1. General rule
Once a reading has been successfully generated and delivered to you, payment is final and not refundable. By unlocking a reading you acknowledge that the product has been consumed.
2. Automatic refunds
If your reading fails due to a server error and no usable report is produced, we will refund your payment in full automatically within a few minutes. No action is required on your part.
3. Duplicate charges
If you were charged twice for the same reading due to a network hiccup, email support@zivara.com within 48 hours with both order references and we will refund the duplicate.
4. Not eligible for refund
We do not refund readings on the basis of:
• The reading did not predict a specific outcome you wanted • Disagreement with the interpretation • "Change of mind" after the report has been delivered • Alleged inaccuracy (readings are offered for reflection, not prediction) • Fraudulent use of someone else's card (we refer such cases to Kyren / law enforcement)
5. How to request a refund
Email support@zivara.com with your order reference and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Kyren and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
