Zivara's referral program lets existing users earn a reward when someone they invite unlocks their first paid reading. These terms explain who's eligible, how much you earn, when it's paid, and the rules we enforce to keep the program fair.
1. How it works
Every registered user gets a unique referral link containing `?ref=<your_id>`. When a new visitor lands via that link and pays for their first reading within 30 days, the referrer earns $3.30 USD, credited to their wallet at payment confirmation.
2. Attribution
Attribution is first-touch: the first referral code a visitor arrives with is recorded in a non-overwriting cookie for 30 days. Each invitee can credit at most one referrer across their lifetime with Zivara.
3. Annual cap
To keep the program sustainable we cap rewards at $500 USD per referrer per calendar year. Referrals beyond the cap are tracked but not credited.
4. Withdrawal
Once your wallet balance reaches $10 USD you can submit a withdrawal request from your account page. Withdrawals are reviewed manually within 1–3 business days. Payouts above $100 lifetime require a one-time identity verification (KYC).
5. Prohibited behavior
Self-referral, fake accounts, automated traffic, and paid-ad spam that misrepresents Zivara are all prohibited. We reserve the right to void rewards, disable accounts, and reclaim paid balances obtained through such behavior.
6. Program changes
We may update reward amounts, caps, or rules with 30 days' notice on this page. Pending rewards earned under the previous terms are honored at the amount in force when they were earned.
7. Tax responsibility
Referral rewards may constitute taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes; Zivara does not withhold taxes.
